Job Type:

80% fixed-term contract 28h/week (4 days) – work 1 weekend day and holidays Remuneration: according to collective agreement of tourism organizations.

Job description / duties:

Reception and advice on physical and telephone stay in French and foreign language (English)
Daily processing of letters and emails
Application and monitoring of reception procedures in collaboration with the quality referents
Ensure the proper maintenance of the reception area and the external surroundings of the OT (cleanliness, storage)
Collection, updating and dissemination of tourist information and displays
Tracking of documentation stocks and restocking on displays
Management and monitoring of store stocks
Collection of information from the station’s socio-professionals
Contribution to the smooth running of the service
Development of the territory
Collection of various sales made
Follow-up of registrations to the animations of the station
Occasional support for other services

Profile / Competencies:

Relational quality and sense of welcome
Know how to communicate and work as a team
Proficiency in English required and second language appreciated
Computer skills and fluency (office software, excel, word, photocopiers)
Sense of organization and adaptation
Availability on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Knowing the territory would be a plus
Excellent presentation, neat and correct
Licence B
Experience in the tourist hospitality industry appreciated
