Job description:

Based at the agency in Les Carroz and reporting to the year-round agency manager, you will take part in managing a seasonal rental and concierge portfolio on behalf of property owners and tenants.
Your duties will include:

Managing bookings and assisting tenants with the organization of their stay; building customer loyalty through tailored proposals; handling payments
Managing properties during the winter season: advice, technical follow-up, opening, maintenance, and closing of accommodations
Handling linen management as part of both concierge and seasonal rental services
Maintaining relationships with property owners using rental and concierge services
Managing telephone and in-person reception for a mixed clientele of property owners, vendors, prospects, and tenants (including international clients)
Occasionally traveling within the resort

Skills required:

Ideally, proven experience in the tourism sector or in sales
Ability to provide personalized support to clients throughout their stay, ensuring the best possible customer experience through active listening and strong interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and English language skills desirable
Autonomy, attentiveness, rigor, ability to prioritize, responsiveness, efficiency, crisis management, adaptability, multitasking, and proficiency with IT tools
