1960 construction renovated. Chalet for 7 people maximum
Private cottage with courtyard + garage automatic door.
Cellar: washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge. ski doors.

1st floor: terrace, living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker Nespresso toaster, + various robots, 1wc, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower + hair dryer, fibre optic, flat screen TV with USB plug and DVD player. DVD available.

2nd floor: 1 large room with 1 bed 160/200 another with 1 bed 160/200 + 1paste room with 1 bed 80 + 1 room with 1 bed 90/190 + 1 bed 90/200 + 1wc + 1 bathroom + ironing board and iron.

Central heating, pleasant comfort, the rooms are quite large.

Location: at the foot of the slopes with magnificent views over the valley.
just minutes from the center of the village.

The duvets are provided as well as mattress and pillow protection. Linens: sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, napkins and towels provided with supplement.

Camping car, caravan, camping tent PROHIBITED.

No pets

Location: 50 KM from Geneva 50 km from Chamonix. In height compared to the village at 5 mn (free shuttle in front of the chalet)
At 100 m from the ESF kindergarten and 150 m from the meeting of the courses
ESF ski school (French ski school) accessible by a green slope in front of the chalet.
Activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing (15 km) cross-country skiing, ice rink, paragliding, dog sledding, snowshoeing, tobogganing etc .....
