"Let your thoughts pass like clouds in the sky." A quote from Master Taisen Deshimaru that resonates with the artist, who above all wishes to illustrate the importance of taking one's time, contemplating, and also absorbing what surrounds us. She draws her inspiration from nature, populating her paintings with animals, plants, minerals, and landscapes. The watercolorist loves Asia, more specifically Japan, where the art of contemplation is at its peak.
Christelle Roncali Pellet has many strings to her bow. In addition to watercolor, she masters pastels and the art of drawing, as well as acrylic painting, which is as realistic as it is striking.
