The Grand Tour des Fiz for the whole family with 4 nights in a refuge
Description
Day 1: Departure Passy Plaine Joux then climb to Chalets de Platé. Overnight stay at Refuge de Sales. 4h50 walking, 11km, 1200 D+, 650 D-.
Day 2: From Sales, reach the Fonts refuge via the Pleureuse and Sauffaz waterfalls and the carriage trail. Overnight at the refuge des Fonts. 3h30 walking, 9km, 400 D+, 900 D-.
Day 3: Departure from the Refuge des Fonts for the Refuge Alfred Wills via the Petit Col d'Anterne. Overnight stay at Alfred Wills. 2h35 walk, 6km, 700 D+, 250 D-.
Day 4: From Alfred Wills, join the Moëde Anterne refuge via Lac d'Anterne. Overnight stay at Moëde Anterne. 2h walking, 5km, 450 D+, 300 D-.
Day 5: Return to Plaine Joux via the Chatelet d'Ayères refuge and Lac Vert. Possibility of passing Lac de Pormenaz between Moëde and Chatelet. 2h40 walking, 7.5km, 100 D+, 750 D-.

In winter, access to the Tour des Fiz is not recommended (high-level ski mountaineering only).
