Bring warm clothing depending on the weather:
- Windbreaker.
- Trainers.
- Sunglasses.
- Gloves.
Some people may experience the effects of ‘airsickness’, a type of motion sickness. But don't worry, the instructor at the controls of the paraglider will be able to put you at ease and adapt the flight to your feelings and sensations. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend that you fly on a Discovery flight, as it is a gentle and short flight.
